We offer airport transfers as part of our concierge service. Our concierge team consists of a driver and a concierge.

The vehicles we use are completely different from taxis as they have a full flat seating arrangement. Free Wi-Fi is also available so that you can fully enjoy searching and watching videos.

Beverage service is also available for a fee, so you can enjoy the long journey from New Chitose Airport to Niseko in comfort.

Every year more and more tourists visit Niseko and there is a shortage of taxis during the winter season. If you arrive at ShinChitose Airport without a reservation, you may find it difficult to get around, so we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

In the event of weather or other delays, we will meet you at the airport. If a flight is cancelled by the airline, we will reschedule the pick-up and drop-off.

Due to the shortage of cars, it is normal to wait 2 or 3 hours at busy times. If you want to avoid waiting for a taxi and have a smooth ride, please use our Concierge Service. We will provide you with exclusive transport so you never have to wait.

However, please note that we may not be able to meet your expectations depending on the availability of hotels and restaurants.
